How long does shipping take?

• If we had our way it would be there the next day but shipping takes 3-5 business days. 

I have not received a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• We all want to know where our package is right? We use various couriers and also Australia Post. Please email us at contact@gtex.com.au with your order number and we will track down your order.

I need to exchange some goods I have purchased.

Do you have a size guide?

• Our new merch (Burns like Hell, The High Road Deisgn and Trippy Beer Pong) sizes are here
• The size guide for all the rest of our tees, tanks and hoodies is here.

I am missing part of my order.

I have an insane idea for some merchandise.

How long does it take to process and order?

• All orders will be processed for 48 hours to make sure that all transactions are secure and go through. Then they will go to shipping and then sent on their merry way.
